Solicitud de función: Configurar una contraseña en la aplicación

Consultando que pasos debe de seguir, para agregar contraseña a una app de JotForm.

Gracias por contactarte con el Soporte de Jotform. Para poner una contraseña para el acceso a tu app, puedes simplemente cambiar las configuraciones de acceso a privadas o para tu organización. Esto asegurará que solo los usuarios autorizados puedan acceder a tu aplicación. Te explico como hacerlo:

1. En el Creador de Apps ve a la pestaña de Publicar y haz clic en Ajustes en la parte superior del enlace de tu App.
2. Selecciona la opción de Acceso privado o Acceso empresarial.

Haz la prueba y no dudes en dejarnos saber si necesitas más ayuda.

Pero eso obliga a una persona externa, debe de crear una cuent en Jotform y luego yo se lo tenga que compartir?

Lo que necesito es igual a los formulario que puedo agregar una contraseña al app antes de poder ser ingresado.

Now, coming back to your concern. This is not currently possible but you can embed your app to an empty form using an iFrame then enable Password protection. Let me show you how:

1. In  Form Builder , click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Click on the Widgets tab , search for  iFrame Embed and drag and drop it to your form.

3. Then click on Settings.

4. Under Form Settings, Click on Show More Options.

5. Turn on Password Protection and enter your desired password.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
