Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, sure, you can Cancel Your Subscription, but you'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. Keep in mind that after canceling your subscription, your account will remain in your present plan for the period you paid for until the next billing date. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan and no longer be billed.

Request a refund. I haven't used it for more than 30 days, and according to its terms, I'm eligible for a refund.

To request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. The relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.
