Workflows und Mailbenachrichtigung funktionieren nicht

Hallo,

die E-Mail Benachrichtigung sowie die Workflows funktionieren bei unseren ganzen Formularen nicht mehr. Wir haben nichts verändert. Dies betrifft bspw. das Formular Personalfragebogen der GFI. Es sollte eigentlich nach dem Ausfüllen eine Mail an unsere Mailadresse "verwaltung@gfi-baden.de" weitergeleitet werden. Das klappt aber nicht.

wir haben das gerade noch einmal geprüft. Alle anderen Mailadressen funktionieren. LEidiglich die Mailadressen wie verwaltung@gfi-baden.de, verwaltung@gfi-rheinland.de, etc. funktionieren nicht. Die Mails werden von Jotform erst gar nicht losgeschickt. Bitte dringend um Rückmeldung! Danke

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your Personalfragebogen der GFI form's email recipients and found that this email verwaltung@gfi-baden.de is on our bounce list. Check out the reason below:

Reason(s) : bounced (host w01ba9a7.kasserver.com[85.13.142.216] said: 550 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Mail appeared to be SPAM or forged. Ask your Mail/DNS-Administrator to correct HELO and DNS MX settings or to get removed from DNSBLs; please relay via your ISP (jotform.com) (in reply to RCPT TO command))

I've gone ahead and removed it from our list.

I also checked verwaltung@gfi-rheinland.de in the email logs and the notification was successfully sent. Check out the screenshot below:

To avoid this in the future, whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains to your email and add noreply@formresponse.com,  noreply@jotform.com,   noreply@jotmail.com to your contacts list. We also recommend Setting up Custom SMTP to ensure better deliverability by using your own domain’s email server.
