Campos Condicionales: No funcionan correctamente en cuestionario con opción de grilla de texto

Hola, hice un cuestionario y las preguntas condicionales no me están funcionando. Necesito que dependiendo de la respuesta sea la respuesta. Para mí este formulario es muy importante, ya que ustedes tienen la opción de grilla con texto. HIce la configuración e incluso la revisé con Ai e incluso me dijo que estaba listo, pero aún así, no está cumpliendo las condiciones, por lo que se vuelve inoperable.

I tried your condition but it looks like there's an issue or conflict so I created a new condition to fix it. Can you check this cloned test form and see if it matches the behavior you want to achieve? If it works as expected, you can either clone the test form and use it directly or copy the condition I created and apply it to your main form. Here's the condition I used in the cloned test form:

Its almost perfect. Can you also, please edit the 3.3. when i asked if it required préstamo and the anwer was yes it need to show the préstamo option please. And finnaly, can you poleasde add in the préstamo option, the calendar with a quantity of time option adn if it can be integrated with a real calendar in google, it would be amazing. You can now clone the form. I’ve also updated the cloned test form, except for the Google Calendar integration you mentioned. You’ll need to reconnect that on your end after cloning the form. I added the condition for question 3.3 so that when the answer is Yes, it will show the Préstamo option, and when the answer is No, it will skip that section.

For the calendar, you need to that on your end. It’s easy to sync your appointment field with Google Calendar. Let me show you how: 

1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field, and then click on the Gear icon to open Appointment Properties. 

2. Then, in the menu on the right side of the page, click on Google Calendar. 

3. Next, select an email address to use a saved Google Calendar Account, and then click on Add Action on the right. Or click on Use Another Account below the Dropdown menu to log in and allow access for a different one. 

4. Set up the calendar event as you want and click on Save.

I checked your updated form and it’s working fine on my end. Just a quick suggestion, you don’t need to add a condition for the Yes option since the next page is already Page 6. That setup will automatically show when the answer is Yes unless you plan to add another page in between later.

Thanks for sharing the new link and recording. I was able to replicate the issue and found a condition conflict that causes the skip to fail. Check my screencast below where I disabled the condition that was skipping to another page.

To fix this, you just need to disable or delete the condition below. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. Disable the conflict condition.
