REASONS FOR NOT RENEWING JOTFORM SUBSCRIPTION

    Dear Jotform,

    Here are few reasons why I did not renewed your Subscription.

    Many Users from India are demanding few features since last few years but you did not updated it, few of them are mentioned as below :-

    1) Responses can be send to Whatsapp.

    2) Unfortunately, Your Payment Integrations doesn't have an option yet to display and automatically apply discounted offers, you only have coupon codes that are used in the product to have the discount.

    3) Unfortunately You don't have Mycart Facility. You are having this feature "Mybag" in Card style which displays only one page ( not useful for e-commerce products ). This feature must be in Classic Style

    4) Your don't have Payment Integration which people use in India ie Google Pay/Phone/Razorpay/Paytm

    This all features are very important, so pls consider and let me know when done.

    Can you please elaborate your use case; we might be able to provide you a workaround.

    Are you referring to MyCart functionality like WooCommerce and Shopify?

    - 4) Your don't have Payment Integration which people use in India ie Google Pay/PhonePe/Razorpay/Paytm

    Hi Sulakshanasapkale,

    Unfortunately, we don't have the option to add an image of the discount and the discount would be added automatically.

    We can create a feature request for it. Let us know if you want to proceed.

    As a workaround, to create a discount code, you can check this guide:

    For the add to cart function, the closest we have is the Purchase Order widget that would list your products and add the quantity selector for each option. Here is an example of how it might look like:
