How can I undo changes on form?

thank u! Is there a way to go back if I accidentally deleted anything in the from ?

If you're working on the form builder, you can press Ctrl+Z to undo changes. If you've already exited in the form builder, you can use revision history to revert your form to its previous state simply click on "All Changes saved" under your form title in the builder and it will show the recent change you made that you can remove. Let me show you how:

1. From the MyForms page, select your form and click on More next to Edit Form and Inbox.
2. In Form Builder, select Save Status Indicator at the top.
3. In the Revision History on the right side of the screen, choose Revision to review.
4. Select the Revert button to restore it.

Unfortunately, we are not seeing any screenshots attached to the ticket. Can you try to record your screen using Loom or take a screenshot whilst the issue happens? Then include the link to the recording or screenshot in your reply. Check the steps and screencast below on how to add a screenshot in your reply:

1. Click the Add Image icon.
2. A. Paste the Image URL.
3. B. Click Drop an Image or click to select to upload the image from your computer.
4. Click the Add button to include the image in your reply.
