How to Change and Manage Account Payment Methods

It’s important to keep your billing information up to date to ensure uninterrupted service and access to your active subscription features. If you need to change your credit card details, you can update your information on your account’s Billing page.

To remove a payment method from your account, contact Jotform Support.

To update your billing card

  1. Go to Billing, then select Manage Payment Methods.

  1. In the dialog, select Add new payment method.

  1. Enter your payment method details.
  2. Turn on Set as primary, then select Add new payment method.

Updating Payment Method in FastSpring

For payments processed through FastSpring, you will be redirected to your FastSpring subscription when managing your payment method from the Billing page. With FastSpring, you can use credit/debit cards, Google Pay, or pay with Amazon for your Jotform subscription.

To update your FastSpring subscription payment method

  1. Go to Billing, then select Manage Payment Methods.

  1. In FastSpring, go to Account Details and Payment Methods at the top.
  2. Select Add Payment Method, then choose a payment option.
  3. Provide the required details and save the changes.

    If you have paypal as your payment, it just takes you to the paypal website. It doesn't give you the option to remove paypal and update with your credit card.

    I don't see the option for Billing. Just upgrade. It doesn't let me change it in Upgrade.

    This is not helpful, because it is not tell you how to "remove" your credit card.
    Just how to change it.
