If you’re not getting emails from Jotform, your email address might’ve ended up on our bounce list. This usually happens when there’s an issue delivering messages, like maybe your inbox is full, your email isn’t active anymore, your server was down, or it flagged us as spam.
Once an address hits the bounce list, Jotform stops sending emails to it. Since too many bounces can cause problems with delivery, we block messages until it’s fixed. So if you’re missing notifications, it’s a good idea to check if your email’s on the list.
Removing your email from the bounce list is easy, here’s how:
- On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top-right side of the page.
- In the menu that opens, click on Settings to open your Account Settings page in a new browser tab.
- Now, on the right side of the Bounce List section, click on Check.
- Then, click on Remove From Bounce List.
That’s it. Your email is now removed from the bounce list, and you should get emails when someone submits your form.
Note
You can only remove your own account email address from the bounce list. To remove any other email addresses, we suggest that you Contact Jotform Support for help.
Pro Tip
- To stop it from happening again, you might want to Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains. We also have a guide about How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues that you can check out.

Emails stopped last night, we have 3 orders this morning with no accompanying emails. the email address is not on the bounce list and we haven't changed anything! This occurred overnight New Zealand time.

Our email is on the bounce list, but I do not have a button to remove it. We've used Jotform for several years and never had a problem with receiving email notifications before, but on 6/6/24, we stopped receiving them.

I kept getting 404 messages when I tried to reply to my other support thread, but I wanted to provide the URLs to the forms that I'm supposed to be receiving to my inbox that have not been arriving for several days. Our primary shared user, grant@grantstreet.com, is not receiving emails from Jotform. I suspect this is because it was added to the bounce list because it was not an active email address prior to today. I cannot see whether this email is on your bounce list, as my account settings page does not match those in the screenshots above. Can you please check whether this email is on your bounce list and if so, remove it?
