Our email address info@compressorenergy.com is on the bounce list, but I do not have a button to remove it.

The address was not work for a while but it has been fixed and is working and should not bounce anymore.

How can I remove it from the bounce list?

    Thank you!

    Hi Fidelity BSG,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've gone ahead and removed the email info@compressorenergy.com from our bounce list. To prevent this from happening in the future, please add Jotform’s IP addresses and domains to their email service provider’s whitelist. This can help ensure that emails from Jotform are not marked as spam.

I also recommend that you set up SMTP on your account. Let me show you how:

    1. While signed into your Jotform account, select your Profile Picture from the navigation menu.
    2. Click Settings in the submenu.Remove Email on Bounce List Image 1 Screenshot 40 Screenshot 10
    3. Under the Sender Emails section, select the Add Sender Email button.Remove Email on Bounce List Image 2 Screenshot 51 Screenshot 21
    4. Enter your SMTP information as follows:
    • Email Address: Your email address.
    • Host Name: The hostname provided by your hosting provider.
    • Port: 587 or 465.
    • Username: Your email address. Unless the hosting provider specifies a unique username, this should be the same as the email address.
    • Password: The password for the given email address/username.
    • Security Protocol: TLS or SSL.
    • If everything is correct, click the Test Email button to ensure that SMTP works. If everything works, click the Save Email button to complete the setting. Otherwise, correct the information.

Let us know if you need any more help.

    Thank you so much!

RE setting up SMTP accounts, I would have to setup one per domain we have.

And as you can see in our list of Folders, one for each of our portfolio companies, there are several.

Can we set up that many SMTP accounts? one per company?

    Thank you.

    Hi Robin,

Instead of setting up individual SMTP accounts for each company, consider using a single SMTP account that can handle emails for all your domains. Many email service providers allow you to send emails on behalf of different domains using a single SMTP configuration.

You can set up the SMTP account with a generic sender address (e.g., noreply@yourcompany.com), and then customize the From address in your email templates based on the specific company or portfolio.

In your email templates, dynamically set the From address based on the company or portfolio associated with each email.

For example, if you’re sending an email related to Company A, set the From address to companyA@yourcompany.com. Similarly, for Company B, use companyB@yourcompany.com.
