Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. Can you tell me if there's an error when using this widget? Also, this might be because of Google API Key, can you try to regenerate a new API Key and use it again to see if the issue persists?

I tried a second key and the issue persists. The error message : "Impossible to load Google Maps correctly"

Where do I have to enter the adress to use this google map widget ? Can I choose the satellite view ?

Hi Bruno,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening. Usually, this issue occurs when the Google Maps API isn't working. Can you make sure that you have enabled the Billing on the Google Cloud Project by logging into your Google account and clicking on this link? You can also check out this guide to help you. Also, make sure that API restriction and Application restriction are properly set in your Google API settings.
As for your other question, just simply add the latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates, and include the address text so that when filling out your form, users will be able to see the location of your business.
