    Après avoir créé un formulaire, ni moi ni d'autres personnes n'arrivent pas l'utiliser le lien... pouvez vous m'aider?

    And when I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, everything was working properly. See the screencast below to see my results:

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you're still having the same issue, can you tell us if the form is currently embedded to a web page? If yes, can you share with us the web page URL? Also, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.

    je n'y arrive toujours pas...

    est il possible de changer la nomination du lien? passer de https://form.jotform.com/242056706861559 à ce model https://form.jotform.com/bonsdealsci/bilan-educatif ou encore https://bonsdealsci/bilan-educatif ?

    Hi Christian,

    Looking at your screenshot, I suggest you double-check whether you've entered the correct form URL into the browser's URL field. It should be:

    https://form.jotform.com/242056706861559

    If you're still having the same issue, can you take a screen recording of what's happening, and share it with us? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

    Give my suggestion a try, and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Christian,

    I opened your form on Preview Mode using Microsoft Edge this time, but didn't run into any issues either. See the screenshot below:

    Since we could not replicate the issue on both your live form and my cloned form, can you try using a different browser, and see if the same thing happens? If everything works fine using a different browser, I suggest clearing the cache and cookies on your Microsoft Edge browser. If still nothing helps, can you also connect to another Internet connection?

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.
