- Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here.
- Can you send us the URL link to the Form?

- On the Form Builder page, click on the Publish tab on the orange navigation bar at the top. Then, click the Copy Link button.
