Integración con Hojas de cálculo de Google: usar la misma hoja para todos mis formularios

Soy Julia, del equipo de marketing de Kampaoh. Nos ponemos en contacto con vosotros porque estamos empezando a implementar su plataforma para recopilar encuestas de satisfacción mediante formularios conectados a Google Sheets. Por el momento tenemos un par de formularios de prueba, pero la idea es crear uno por cada propiedad que gestionamos, lo que implica que tendremos aproximadamente entre 50 y 60 formularios.

En las pruebas que hemos hecho hasta ahora, al conectar cada formulario con Google Sheets, las respuestas se vuelcan en un archivo compartido, pero cada formulario genera una hoja (sheet) distinta dentro de ese archivo. Esto nos dificulta el análisis consolidado de los datos, ya que termina habiendo demasiadas hojas separadas.

Quisiera saber si existe alguna forma de configurar la integración para que todas las respuestas de los diferentes formularios se vuelquen en una misma hoja (sheet) dentro de un único archivo de Google Sheets. La idea sería centralizar los resultados para facilitar su revisión y análisis.

Adjunto una de capturas para ilustrar a cómo nos gustaría que se volcarán los datos, en una sola hoja todos los formularios con una columna que muestre el nombre del formulario (para saber a que propiedad hace referencia).

Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately it's not possible to use the same sheet within the Google Sheets to all of your forms. But, you can use existing spreadsheet. This will create another sheet within the Google Sheets. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Integrations from the left side window.
3. Select Google Sheets.
4. Select Use existing spreadsheet.
5. Click on Next.
6. Click on Add Action.
7. Click on the Select button and select your preferred spreadsheet.
8. Select the fields that you want to send to your Google Sheets.
9. Click on Save.
