Necesito hacer un formulario de asistencia con entrada y salida

Necesito hacer un formulario de asistencia con entrada y salida, pero lo que quiero es que se llene con la opcion de alta y tiempo despues cuando termine su turno laboral marque su salida pero se sobre escriba en la misma linea que se envio cuando validó su entrada al turno. para con esto no tener dos registros generados por la misma persona y hacer mas registros dispersos.

Habrá alguna manera, una integración, o una condicion que pueda ayudar a mi problema?

Gracias por contactarte con el Soporte de Jotform. Esto puede ser posible usando el mismo envío para que se ingrese la fecha y hora de entrada, para que luego el usuario use un enlace de edición para marcar la fecha y hora de salida. Te explico como hacerlo:

1. En el Creador de Formularios, haz clic en Añadir elementos+ a la izquierda y agrega un widget de Obtener URL de página a tu formulario.
2. Ahora, ve a la pestaña de Ajustes y haz clic en Condiciones la izquierda

3. Configura una condición para Deshabilitar el campo de fecha y hora de entrada si el widget de Obtener URL de página contiene la palabra edit.

4. Ahora configura una condición para mostrar el campo de fecha y hora de salida si el widget de Obtener URL de página contiene la palabra edit.

5. Ahora, haz clic en Correos del lado izquierdo y crea un correo de Autorespuesta y configura un destinatario.

6. En la pestaña de Email, haz clic en +Campos de formulario, añade el parámetro del enlace de edición dentro del correo y haz clic en Guardar.

De esta manera, al usar el enlace de edición, el envío indicando la hora de entrada quedará con la misma fecha y hora que se ingresó en el primer envío y tendrá el campo de fecha y hora de salida con la hora actual actualizada. Aquí puedes ver el resultado de las dos horas correctamente guardadas:

Now, coming back to your question, when I checked your form, I notice that there was no Email Recipient on your Autoresponder Email:

In order for this to work, you need to send an Autoresponder Email to the form user so it can be edited. You can add the Email Element in your form and assign this to your Autoresponder Email Settings:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings .
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails .
3. Hover over the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
4. Then, under the Recipients tab, click on the Email Field and click on the Save button .

If you require the form user to make the changes, then they can only edit from the edit link. Optionally, you can use the Save and Continue Later on forms however, this will also require them an email where the draft link can be sent in case they won't be able to save the draft link. And in your end, this will be on the Incomplete Submission and not on the Submission Table yet. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Once redirected, click on Form Settings on the right side of the screen.
3. Scroll down to Save and Continue Later, and set it to Enabled.

Once they are on the form, and hit Save, they will see these options:

And if they save it, you can see it on the Incomplete Submissions. It's really easy to view your Incomplete Submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, select the form you want to check for incomplete submissions.
2. In the upper-left corner, next to the Create Form button, click on Submissions.
3. In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form's name, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions.
4. In the Incomplete Submissions menu, hover over the submission and click on View. This will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab.
