Buenos días, saludos.
Mi consulta es que a pesar de haber empezado mes, el numero de envió sigue siendo igual, no se realizó el reseteo y ya casi llega al limite.
Favor verificar el tiempo.

Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the submission limit? I checked your account, and since your monthly usage resets every 9th of the month, the current submission count will stay the same until then. Once the reset takes place on the 9th, the submission limit will refresh automatically. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in Jotform. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.
