Problema con el límite de espacio de la cuenta

Buenas tardes.

Estamos borrando y purgando archivos para liberar parte de los 100GB asignados, pero no encontramos que formularios realmente estan ocupando mucho espacio.

Existe alguna forma de acceder a esa info (espacio ocupado por formulario) para ser precisos en nuestro proceso de eliminación?

Now, coming back to your question, when I checked your account, you're not exceeding the upload limits anymore. You're now currently at 92.97 GB / 100.00 GB for your upload limit. If you still want to purge more data, you can see on your Workspace page the forms that have a lot of submissions. Just below the form name, you can see how many submissions a form has:

Upon checking, I see that the form titled Aprobación Mis Trámites has 8622 submissions, Mis Autorizaciones has 11425 submissions, and MECANISMO DE INTEGRACION - Discapacidad 2025 has 5152 submissions. These 3 have the most submissions of all your forms. You can go ahead and purge those data to free up more space.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.
