Realizar varias firmas en un mismo formulario de personas diferentes

Tengo un formulario en jotform de evaluacion de KPI el cual utilzan varios departamentos y colaboradores. 

Opcion 1: ¿Cómo logro que el encargado y el colaborador firmen el mismo formulario y que luego finalmente este se envie a los correos destinatarios ??

Opcion 2 : ¿cómo logro que el autoenlace que se genera al presionar el boton *guardar y continuar mas tarde* pueda ser compartido a otro colaborador para que continue con el mismo formulario y este sea completado

This is possible with your option 1, but, you need to turn off Jotform Sign Automation as it is not possible to edit a signed document, and just use the regular signature element:

After that, you can add the edit link in the Autoresponder Email, which can be sent to the second user. You can add an {edit_link} tag to the body of the email. When the first user submits the form, the Autoresponder Email is sent to the second user, who can now add their Signature. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. In the menu on the left, click on Emails.

3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Template.

4. Click on the Pencil icon to edit it.

5. Add the {edit_link} tag to the Email Content.

6. That’s it. Just click on Save and you’re done.
