¿Cómo puedo duplicar una app, sin que se pierda información?

Intenté clonar una app, de nombre "Tartamiel Pedidos" , sin embargo la copia que realiza está incompleta, le faltan secciones, imágenes y varios elementos.

¿Cómo puedo clonarla tal cual está?

Y que no me duplique formularios, los formularios necesito que sean los mismos. Solo necesito que las páginas de la app se clonen.

Hice 2 pruebas "Tartamiel infantil" y "Tartamiel versión infantil" y ninguna lo clonó tal cual, a las dos les hacen falta secciones.

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your App and I couldn't replicate the same issue. Do note that the App contains a lot of pages and forms. This may take some time to be cloned and need to have a good network. I suggest cloning the App on a new browser to avoid cache issues. Let me show you how to clone the App without duplicating the forms:

1. On the My Apps page, choose the app that you want to duplicate or clone and click on More on the left side of the app.

2. In the list that comes up, click on Clone.

3. Select the Clone app and keep existing forms option

4. Click on Clone App.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Ya realicé lo que me sugieres y no funciona. Probé con 3 navegadores distintos, borré caché y sigue clonando de forma incompleta. La red tampoco es el problema, cambie de wifi, también conecté un cable y nada.

Me puedes ayudar por favor con otra solución

Keep in mind that everything in the app including the forms will be cloned. You can update the forms added in the app after cloning it to the original ones. As for the missing images and sections, I was able to replicate the issue on a cloned app. I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
