Now, coming back to your question, previous submission attempts made before upgrading to the Silver Plan can still count toward your contract usage. If your account was previously on a free or lower-tier plan, any submission attempts that included Jotform Sign contracts might have been stored and carried over after the upgrade.

Previamente estábamos en plan oro, el 12 de marzo en la mañana se acabo el año de suscripción por lo que lo actualizamos, solo se enviaron 5 en plan gratuito (Las permitidas)
Parece que están contado los envíos desde el inicio de mes de marzo cuando aun contábamos con el plan oro, cuando el conteo debió reiniciarse en el momento de adquisición de la subscripción.

Now, coming back to your question, we've had an update that the monthly limit now resets based on the day you created the account. In your case, it'll be renewed on the 5th of each month. You may check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits, here. You can also view your stats and monthly usage reset date on your Account Usage page. Let me show you how:
1. In My Forms page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar icon in the top right corner of the page.
2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
3. Then, click on Usage on the left.
4. Next to Monthly Usage, you can see your monthly limits reset time.
