Hi Natalia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. Check out my results in the screenshot below:
Usually, if we remove the Notification Email and then add it back, that solves the issue. Let me show you how to do that:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
2. Next, select Notification Email.
3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.
4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Natalia,
Can you provide the submission ID of the submission that is missing the PDF attachments? If this submission also contains relatively large file uploads, that might be the reason the PDF was not attached to the email.
The images or documents your users upload in the File Upload field increase the total attachment size, which is why the PDF may not be included in the emails. You might also see the following note at the end of your email: "Attachments: Because the total size is more than 5MB, the uploads are not included." The attachment size is limited to 5MB; which is why the PDF won't be sent along if the attachment exceeds this file size limit.
You can disable the Send Uploads as Attachment option in the notification email settings to make sure that PDF will be attached, but not the other attachments. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Setting in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Emails from the menu on the left side of the page, and click on the Pencil Icon to edit the email.
- Go to the Advanced tab, and toggle Send Uploads as Attachment to the OFF position, now you'll be able to receive the PDF report on your notification email.
Also, you can run a test without attaching any files, if the field is not mandatory, and let us know if the form PDF is being attached.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
