    Hi jorgecanepa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Unfortunately, Power Query is not yet available in Jotform Integrations. As a workaround, you can integrate Power BI Models with Jotform using the Appy Pie Connect.

    1. Please visit this link.
    2. Click the Get Started with Power Bi and Jotform Integration button.

    Hi jorgecanepa,

The first link you shared shows an error message when I tried to open it. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the first link and that could be the issue.

However, I tried the second link you shared, and I was able to open it. Are you using a different Jotform account for the first link? If yes, please share the Jotform account username and we will check it further.

You can also check if the Submission share setting is set to Private Table. Let me show how:

    1. In the Form Builder, select the form and click the Submission button.

    2. In the Submission page, click the Share button and check if the table is set to Private Table.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi jorgecanepa,

To clarify, are you using the Web Connection in Excel to get the data from the web? And then you're using this Excel URL from Jotform where you'll see a list of files like HTML and CSV. Have you tried doing this in another form or another Excel report?

If the issue persists, then try creating a CSV report and see if you can use that in Excel Web Connection Query. You can refer to this user guide for more information about creating a CSV report.

    Hi jorgecanepa,

I understand that you're encountering an issue where the CSV report is displaying as HTML code when accessed via the URL, and that this behavior differs from your other account where the reports integrate seamlessly with Power BI. Let me assist you in troubleshooting this.

    • Ensure that the URL you are using to connect to Power BI is the correct one for the CSV report. Sometimes, the URL might point to an HTML preview instead of the actual CSV file.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, as this can sometimes resolve issues with incorrect file formats being displayed.
    • If you're connecting the report to Power BI, ensure that the integration is set up correctly.

To better understand and resolve the issue, could you share the exact steps you’re following to generate and access the report?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
