AYUDA CON UNA DUDA SOBRE JORTFORM

Hola Jotform,

Me gustaría saber si existe alguna herramienta que pueda ayudarme a llevar a cabo lo siguiente:

Algunos de mis clientes no llenan por completo todos los campos en mis formularios, lo cual hace que al momento de descargar esos datos algunos campos queden vacíos; sin embargo, después de comunicarme con ellos personalmente me brindan esa información la cual me gustaría colocar en el mismo formulario y no en un documento a parte (y por supuesto que mi cliente no tenga que volver a llenar OTRO formulario).

¿Hay alguna alternativa que me pueda ayudar a agilizar esta situación?

Now, coming back to your question, you can set a field to be required so that when form fillers fill out your form, they will not be able to submit it without filling out all the fields. Let me show you how.

1. On Form Builder, click on a field, then, click on the Gear icon.
2. Toggle Required to On.
