Now, coming back to your question, Jotform offers advanced electronic signature functionality through Jotform Sign. This feature allows you to collect legally binding signatures that comply with UETA and ESIGN regulations. You can easily add e-signatures to your forms using the Signature element in the Form Builder or by using various e-signature widgets such as Signature, Smooth Signature, Adobe Sign, and Docusign. Jotform Sign also enables you to create signature workflows, upload documents, add fillable fields, assign signers, and automate the signing process. It’s easy to create a sign document with Jotform Sign. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Sign Documents page, and click on Create Sign Document on the left side of the page.
2. Click on Upload Document to upload your own document from your device.
3. Drag and drop your document into the Upload box, or click on Upload Document to select it.
4. Once you add your document, click on the Create Signable Document button.

After you create your document, you’ll see an option asking whether to detect fields automatically. To detect fields automatically:

1. Click the Detect Fields button in the option that appears below the green navigation bar.
2. After it matches the suitable elements with the spaces, click on Keep All.
3. If you want to delete a field, just click on it and then click the Trash Can icon below it.

Or you can manually match your fields:

1. Click on the Dismiss button in the option that appears below the green navigation bar.
2. In the Document Elements menu on the left, drag and drop the elements to your document.

Regarding the Summer-Deal, the Summer Sale Campaign will run through the beginning of August 2025.
