Adding an Appointment field to your form will allow your users to select the available Date and Time they prefer. It's really easy to add this to your form. Let me show you how:

1. While in Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
2. In the Add Element menu, under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Appointment field.
3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
4. Click the Gear icon and under Availability tab, set up your Appointment Slots.
