### Why should I use Jotform Appointments? Jotform Appointments makes it easy to schedule meetings without the back-and-forth. You can fully customize your availability, send automated reminders, and sync with your calendars—all in one place. It’s ideal for businesses, consultants, educators, and service providers who want a seamless scheduling experience.

### How can I connect my external calendars to Jotform Appointments? 

You can easily sync your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Calendly account with Jotform Appointments. You can achieve this in the following ways:

    *   **Form Builder:** In your form’s builder, click the Appointment field’s **Properties** button. Under the **Availability** tab, you can connect your external calendar.
    *   **AI Agent Builder:** If you're using an AI Agent, open the **TRAIN** menu, then go to **TOOLS**. From there, you can sync your calendar using the **Google Calendar**, **Outlook Calendar**, or **Calendly** tools.

### Can I add online meetings links automatically? Yes, Jotform integrates with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Skype to auto-generate meeting links for each appointment.

### Can I change the appointment durations? Absolutely! You can choose from preset durations like 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes — or set a custom time that fits your needs.

### Can I set working hours and lunch breaks for my calendar? Yes, you can define one or more working intervals for each day of the week. You can also block out specific times — like lunch breaks — to prevent appointments during those hours.

### Is it possible to create a calendar for a specific time period? Yes, you can set Start and End dates for your calendar, so guests can only book appointments within that defined timeframe.

### Can my guests book appointments only within a certain number of days from today? Yes. Using the **Rolling Days** setting in the Appointment field’s properties, you can restrict bookings to a specific number of days from the date the form is being filled.

### Can I add vacation days and holidays to prevent appointments on these days? Absolutely. You can block off custom date ranges for vacations or holidays so no appointments can be booked during that time.

### Is there a limit to the number of appointments that can be booked in one day? Yes, you can set a daily appointment limit. Simply adjust the **Maximum Appointments Per Day** option in the Appointment field’s Limits settings to control how many bookings are allowed per day.

### Is it possible to prevent last-minute appointments? Yes, you can set a **Minimum Scheduling Notice** in the Appointment field’s **Limits** settings. This prevents users from booking meetings too close to the appointment time.
