wir sind eine Schule und haben den Bildungsrabatt beantragt und auch erhalten, aber es wurde nicht übernommen und wir zahlen die volle Summe Monatlich. Können Sie bitte das Abo auf die 19,5€ ändern und uns die vorherigen Beträge anpassen bzw. rückerstatten?

and what about a refund of the difference? the discount was already there when we paid full price for the month
