Formular sendet keine Mail

    Guten Tag,


    ich habe bei den Formularen eine Mail Adresse hinterlegt da ich nach dem ausfüllen und absenden des Formulares gerne eine Mail mit der PDF als Anhang haben möchte.


    Leider wird diese Mail gar nicht gesendet und ich kann den Fehler nicht finden.

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the email address and it is in the bounce list, which means that it can't receive emails for this reason:

     I removed the email from the bounce list, and you can receive emails now. You need to Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains and add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to the contacts lists to prevent being added back to the bounce list. Alternatively, you can set up your own Sender Email via SMTP.
