Now going back to your question, if I understand correctly, you're looking for assistance in setting up a real-time reservation form using the Calendly widget, right? If yes, here's how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. Choose Start From Scratch, and select Classic Form to create an empty form.
3. Now, in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page to see the complete list of elements and widgets.
4. Under the Widgets tab, search and select Calendly widget.
5. Enter your Calendly Event URL. You can customize the widget as needed. Finally, click on Update when done.

Was ich suche ist ein Reservierungstool in Echtzeit um Reservierungen mit Datum und Zeit zu erfassen. Wichtig dabei ist, dass wenn eine Buchung vorgenommen wird, diese Buchung kein zweites Mal vorgenommen werden kann. Oder für dieselbe Buchung (Datum,Zeit) nur für eine beschränkte Anzahl vorgenommen werden kann.

If you need an appointment system that blocks selection after the time slot is full, consider using the Appointment field instead. To enable that more than one person can pick the same appointment date you should change the Appointment Type. I'll walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field, and click on the Gear icon to open Appointment Properties. 
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Advanced tab.
3. In the Appointment Type section, click on the Group icon, then enter the maximum number to Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot.

In the screencast below, I set the maximum number to 2, so when the same hour is selected twice, people won’t be able to select it again:

If you prefer using Calendly, you need to have a Calendly account, created a calendar there and used your calendar URL on the calendar link field in the widget as described by my colleague. We also have a guide on How to schedule an appointment with Jotform that you can check out.

Also funktioniert zum Beispiel eine Tischreservation in einem Restaurant.

Beispiel:

Das Restaurant hat 150 Plätze - Am Dienstag 15.8.2025-20:00 reserviert ein Gast 2 Plätze. Am Dienstag 15.8.2025-20:00 reserviert ein 2. Gast 2 Plätze um 20:15. Am Dienstag 15.8.2025-20:00 reserviert ein 3. Gast 4 Plätze um 19:45 etc. Und das System erkennt diese Reservationen und meldet, wenn ein Platz um diese Zeit besetzt wäre ?

To set up a real-time reservation system similar to a restaurant booking, you can use the Appointment field in Jotform as what my colleague, Raymond, has suggested above. This feature allows you to manage reservations effectively, ensuring that once a time slot is booked, it cannot be booked again or is limited to a specific number of attendees. You can specify the maximum attendees per time slot in the Appointment Element Properties to control how many reservations can be made for each time slot. Check out the screencast where I set the maximum attendees per time slot to 150 to match the number of seats available:

This way, multiple reservations within the same time slot can be made until the maximum capacity is reached, and the system will prevent overbooking for that specific time. You can also customize the availability of slots based on your restaurant's schedule.

You can use Jotform Tables to view and manage reservations in real time. Each submission will show the selected time slot and the number of seats reserved.
