Wie richte ich das Formular ein, das von zwei Personen ausgefüllt werden muss?

Hallo

ich habe ein Personalfragebogen, der vom Arbeitnehmer als auch vom Arbeitgeber auszufüllen sind.

Ich habe die Felder für den Arbeitnehmer entweder ausgeblendet oder aber nur als lesen gekennzeichnet. Jedoch fehlt mir die Logik wann der Arbeitgeber das Formular entsprechend bearbeitet sobald der Arbeitnehmer mit seinen Einträgen fertig ist. Welche Möglichkeit habe ich?

Die KI hat mir bedingte Logik empfohlen ich weiß nur nicht ganz genau, wie das im Detail funktionieren soll. Habe ich noch andere Möglichkeiten z.B. über Genehmigung?

About your question, I have checked the form and you just need to hide the fields for the employer. I noticed that you set up a notification email, you can use it to send the email to the employer. Once the employer receives the submission, they can click the edit link to open the form and sign it. Let me show you how to hide the fields:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, scroll down, and select the Fields for the employer.

2. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open Field Properties.

3. Under Properties, click on Advanced and toggle on the Hide field to turn it On.

Once the fields were hidden. Set up the notification email to send it to the employer. Let me walk you through:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.

4. Go to the Recipient Tab, enter the employer email to the recipient email address, and click on Save at the bottom of the page.

When the employees fill out the form, they can't see the fields for the employer.

In the notification email, the employer needs to click the edit submission link to open the form and sign it.

Firstly, I’m unfortunately unable to open the link you provided. Furthermore, I followed Jerlan’s instructions very carefully and completed two test forms today. However, the email does not contain a link to edit the form.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I’ve reviewed your form and the notification email settings, and everything appears to be configured correctly. Check your email history log to confirm whether the email was sent and if the edit link was included. It's possible that your email client may have removed the link or flagged it.
