Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're referring to the WhatsApp number linked to your AI Agent, you can remove it from the WhatsApp Publish page of your AI Agent

1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on WhatsApp Agent.

3. Click on the Three Vertical dots beside the WhatsApp Number to Remove it

Now, you can add the New WhatsApp number and make sure that your Facebook Business Manager and WhatsApp Business accounts are fully verified and compliant with their policies. Also, you should connect a WhatsApp Business account to your Meta Account to complete the process.

Let me walk you through the correct process to connect your AI agent with WhatsApp Business from the beginning:

1. In Agent Builder, click on Publish in the blue navigation bar at the top.

2. Select WhatsApp from the menu on the left side.

3. Click Login with Facebook and connect your Facebook account.

4. Fill in your business information, including Business Portfolio, Business Name, Business Website or Profile Page, and Country. You may also add your business address optionally.

Now, you need to choose a WhatsApp Business account

Option 1: If you have an existing WhatsApp Business Account, select it.

Option 2: If setting up a new WhatsApp Business Account, create one and add a new WhatsApp Business Profile.
