Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account, and it appears that your form اللياقة البدنية was flagged as offering fake services. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

• Send us the URL where your form is used.
• Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
• Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 15988031 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.

كما وضح لكي صديقي Devemer ان هناك نموذج اللياقة البدنية  الذي يمكن ان يقدم خدمات غير حقيقية ويجب علينا حظر الحساب حسب  سياسة وشروط استخدام منصة Jotform. أي حساب مجاني يقدم خدمات يجب ان يتم حظرة الي ان يقوم بتوفير المستندات التالية:

* قم بارسال الرابط الذي يتم استخدام النموذج من خلاله.

*قم بارسال موقع الويب او دليل علي التحقق من منظمتك.

*يجب ان تقوم بتغيير البريد الاكتروني المجاني الي بريد الكتروني خاص بمنظمتك في حساب Jotform.

قم بارسال هذه المستندات الي reviewers@jotform.com بعنوان Thread# 15988031. سوف يقوم الفريق المختص بمراجعة البيانات والرد عليك.
