Now, coming back to your question, the reason why the survey is not appearing in your account is that the form is stored in a different Jotform account than yours, so it will not show under your workspace. In this case, if you want to see the responses and results, you need to contact the owner of the form and ask them to share with you the Jotform Tables of this form. Sharing the Collaboration link is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.
