Unable to receive the PDF document after disabling Jotform Sign

    Hello. I am seeking assistance please. I disabled the jotform sign. Now I do not recive the PDF. Please help

    Hi massimodeficreativeconsulting,

    Thanks for using Jotform. Take note that enabling the Jotform Sign Automation will automatically turn signed submissions into PDF documents, so disabling the Jotform Sign Automation does the opposite. You can easily attach the PDF document to your Notification Email. You can clone my demo form, or you can do it on your end. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.

    4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.

    5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

    Yes but it has to be emailed to the person thats filling the form. So they get a copy. Does this do that?

    the person (thats filling it out) is still still not receiving a copy of the form. its only going to me. go on my form please and fill it out.

    Hi massimodeficreativeconsulting,

    Things are much clearer now. You can easily attach PDF submissions to your Autoresponder email. Let me show you how: 

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Now, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email and click on Edit.

    4. Next, click on the Advanced tab, toggle on Attach PDF, and select the PDF file you created.

    5. Now, scroll down, and then click on Save

    how do I change the norely email jotform to my info email?
