Podo: Support SpecialistHi Majid,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
Regarding the issue with field names changing drastically when downloading submissions, this often happens when the PDF file does not update to reflect recent changes made in the form.
Let me show you how to address this:
- Open PDF Editor: After making changes in Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select PDF Editor.
- Update PDF Automatically: Click on the Yes, Proceed button in the window that pops up, and the PDF file will update automatically to reflect the current form fields.
- Manually Add or Edit Fields: In PDF Editor, click on the Add Element menu on the left side, then under the Form Fields tab, drag and drop or click on the fields you want to add or edit in your PDF document.
- Create a New PDF: In the blue navigation bar at the top, click on the New PDF button to generate a fresh PDF file that includes all current form fields automatically.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Kris Jotform SupportHi MajidSociety,
While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Arabic Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, about the loading of cell names. Are you referring to a form's submission table? Can you share the form's link this is happening? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this. -

EmreHi MajidSociety,
I checked the translations from your screenshot, but I'll need to take a closer look at your form to .understand what's happening
To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help. -

EmreHi MajidSociety,
. I checked your form. This is how it looks on my sideThe words like "monster" or "killing" are not coming from Jotform’s system; they are likely generated by an external browser translation tool (like Google Translate) interpreting the Arabic
labels incorrectly when you translate the page to Arabic. To see the correct headers, turn off any automatic translation tools in your browser.
.Give it a try and let us know if anything else comes up
