When downloading the PDFs our logo is not downloading with the document. The Logo is on the editing pages, but does not download.

Lesther Support Team LeadHi Tammi,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? I cloned it to test, but I was unable to replicate the issue. Here's a screenshot when I downloaded the PDF:
Can you send either a screenshot or a quick recording of what’s going on? Loom works well for recording, or you can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link. Or you can use this guide for taking a screenshot.
After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.

Hi,
Yes, when downloading a blank PDF the logo comes up, however, when downloading a filled in form the logo does not come up.
Please see below.

Kris JotForm SupportHi Tammi,
Can you tell us where and how you're downloading the PDF file you showed in your screenshot? I cloned your form, but I can only see two PDF files of your fillable form. You can capture a short screen recording and share it with us. Loom works well for recording, or you can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link.
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

Nikola JotForm SupportHi Tammi,
It appears your link was not uploaded successfully, as we can't see it. Can you open this thread and upload it again?
Based on the screenshot you previously shared, it looks like you're downloading a print version of your submission in Jotform Inbox.

Keep in mind that this option will download a version of your submission in Jotform Inbox, which doesn't have your logo. If you want to download the submitted data with your logo, you will first need to create a PDF Document in PDF Editor. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon at the top-left side of the page and select PDF Editor.
2. Then, in PDF Editor, click on the New PDF tab and in the pop-up window select the Use Default Layout option.
After you create a PDF Document, you can now download it. Let me show you how:
1. In PDF Editor, click on the Download button at the top-right side of the page.
2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Download PDF or Download All. That's it.
The Download PDF button will only download the PDF you are currently viewing in the PDF Editor. If you use the Download All button, it will email you a zip file containing all submissions in PDF format.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
