AI Agent: Issues with Knowledge Base Reference and MCP Server Integration

    I have been working diligently on building an AI call agent and running into issues.

    1- The AI Agent is not referencing the Knowledge base, as I have an MCP server connected for looking up the call contact info.

    2-

    Each time I update the persona or rules, it stops working for a couple hours and hangs up when I call and try to test the tool

    3- No matter what instructions I provide, I cannot get the agent to reference the connected MCP server or any connected tools.


    Can you please assist? It is driving me nuts, Thanks

    Also, in order to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue you're having, we'd like to clone your AI agent along with its knowledge base. Once we replicate that environment, we can more accurately identify the issue and work on a solution. Rest assured that all data will be handled securely and used only for troubleshooting purposes in line with our strict privacy and security policies. Once the issue is resolved, the cloned AI agent and all its cloned data will be deleted.
