I had AI do an email update, and after doing so, it broke all of my product stock. Now everything is marked as out of stock. I cannot manually edit each product to bring it back. I have tried to undo the changes, but that isn't working.

    Hi Chantal,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and see that all products are indeed out of stock at the moment due to Form AI Copilot. I also understand you already tried to reverse the changes via the Form's Revision History, but it didn't work for you.

Can you tell us when it happened and if you remember the prompt used? I also checked your revision history, but I can't seem to locate a log that's related to your products' inventory. Check out my screencast below to see what I mean:

Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.

    Hi Chantal,

Since the changes are not reflecting in the Revision History, I'm afraid there is no option to revert them. Have you tried updating the available stock individually?

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Chantal,

The Form AI Copilot might have changed one of the settings, which could be why the stock is no longer showing as expected and now displaying out of stock. At the moment, the available option to undo form changes is through Form Revision History. Have you tried restoring the form using one of the other available revision points? My colleague also shared a guide here on how to use Form Revision History.

Since you mentioned that Revert button isn't working, could you share a screencast showing that behavior? If you can send us a short screen recording of the steps you’re taking, it’ll help us pinpoint the issue. Loom, Google Drive, or Dropbox links all work fine.

After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.

So I used the revision history to go to a Tuesday the 10th, hit revert see the revison preview. Hit revert again spins, rerefreshes and then still shows out of stock. and it doesn't change anything.

    Hi Chantal,

I checked your form revision history and all the items in the product list back on Tuesday, March 10, are showing out of stock. It seems if the stock was modified or reduced, it cannot be reverted to the point when the items had the stocks available.

Unfortunately, there is no option to revert them as per checking. The only option is to manually update each stock, though I know it's a lot of item stocks to update. If you want, we can help you to update the stock together. just let us know the stocks needed and details.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Chantal,

I’ve sent this over to our Developers to investigate. We’ll let you know once we hear back from them.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to import just the stocks only. The only way to resolve this is to add the stocks manually. I can see that you created a new form with the same products. I suggest using the new form for now while we wait for our developers to investigate the issue.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
