How to embed form to Canva?

How do I put these unique ids into my Canva form

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and see that you've added the Unique ID widget in your form. If you're trying to embed your form on Canva, it's easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
3. Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code. (I used the iFrame method only to show in this case.)
4. Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.

In addition to my previous response, since you already have unique ID in your form, we also have a Jotform app you can use to create or embed your forms into your Canva. Setting up Jotform’s Canva integration is super quick. Here’s how:

1. Open or create a new design in Canva, and then hover your mouse over the panel on the left and click on Apps.
2. In the menu that opens, search for Jotform and click on it to open the Jotform App window.
3. Click on the Filter icon and select Form Layout, Languages, Categories, or Search Input to filter the templates.
4. Hover your mouse over the template you want to use, and click on the Use Template Button to use Free Templates.

You can also connect your Jotform account to use the forms you've created. Let me show you how:

1. While still in the Jotform App window, click on the Your Forms tab at the top.
2. Then, click on Log in under the Start For Free button.
3. Click on Connect, and in the window that opens, log in your Jotform account.

That’s it. After finishing the authentication process, Adding Your Jotform Forms to Canva is really easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the left side of the page, under Your Forms tab.
2. Click on the form that you want to add to your Canva design.

You can also edit the form you added. Let's do it:

1. Under Your Forms Tab, hover over the form you want to edit and click on the Pencil icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Continue, and it’ll redirect you and the form you’ve added to Jotform’s Form Builder to a new browser window. You can now edit your form.

Depending on your flow and how you plan on using your form and Canva, you can also add a form QR code to your Canva Design in just a few simple steps. Let me show you how:

1. Open your design in Canva, and then hover your mouse over the panel on the left and click on Apps.
2. In the menu that opens, search for QR Code and click on it. 
3. Enter the URL link of your form and click on Generate code.
