Form Conditions: How to Manually Refresh or Reset Fields When Editing Submissions

    Additionally, if I update the worksheet, such as changing pricing, the updated data is not pulling through when someone edits the submission.
    I have tried using conditions to reset or refresh fields manually when editing, but I noticed there is no "Clear a Field" option under conditions. I am unsure if I am missing something or if there is another way to achieve this. I need examples or guidance on how to use conditions or other form elements to manually refresh or reset fields when editing submissions.

    Can you confirm the following details below?

    • What's the URL link to the Form? Here's a guide on how to locate it.
    • Are you editing the Form using the Edit Link or via the Tables page?
    • Can you send the Excel file where the data is pulled from? You can use Google Drive to upload it and share the link with us.
