Also the clone feature and rename feature do not change the name of the form throughout the system. Apparently the Page Title field is unchanged and still says "Clone of " further complicating all the references to that form throughout. That is also a bug that should be fixed. If you rename a form from the Workspace, it is logical to believe it is renamed in all places where that code is referenced.

    Hi MCTP_PAC,

I was unable to replicate the issue on my end. I checked your account and confirmed that there are currently no forms with titles starting with Clone of. By default, Jotform automatically adds Clone of to the title when a form is duplicated to help distinguish the cloned version from the original, since both will look identical, but you can easily rename the form on your Form Builder. It's easy to change the text that appears on the browser tab. We'll just edit the Page Title in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
    3. Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
