    Buenos días AC usa una API 3 para permitir la conexión con otras plataformas, desconozco desde cuando, lo que si puedo comentar es que tanto la URL como la clave API de AC siguen siendo las mismas y volviendo a cargarlas en Jotform, forzando un usuario nuevo, se establece la conexión entre Jotform y AC, pero si bien vemos las automatizaciones a donde queremos lanzar el contacto que ha enviado el formulario, estas no son lanzadas, por lo que el contacto no entra en la automatización.

    Thank you for your efforts so far. I suspect the issue might be specific to the form or related to the API connection. Could you please try creating a new simple form and attempt to integrate it with ActiveCampaign? This test will help determine if the problem is isolated to the current form, or if it is a broader integration issue. Our guide on this page has more details about that.

    El resultado es el mismo, no llega a la automatización por lo que no se carga la etiqueta, ni la lista a AC

I understand that despite the API URL and key being correct and re-authenticated, the contacts submitted through your forms are not entering the ActiveCampaign automation or getting tagged/listed as expected.

    Based on the integration setup and your testing with a simple form, here’s what you can check and try next to troubleshoot this issue:

    • Verify Required Fields Mapping: Ensure that the Email field in your form is correctly mapped to the corresponding ActiveCampaign field, as this is required for the integration to work properly.
    • Check Automation Trigger Configuration: Confirm that the automation in ActiveCampaign is correctly set to trigger when a contact is added to the list or tagged by the integration. Sometimes the automation trigger settings may need adjustment.
    • Review Action Logs in Jotform: In your form’s ActiveCampaign integration settings, use the "See Action Logs" option to check for any errors or failed runs. This can provide clues if the integration is sending data but ActiveCampaign is rejecting it or if the data is not being sent at all.

    I checked the Action Logs in your form, and I got this error: {"message":"Forbidden"}

    A "Forbidden" message (HTTP status code 403) in your Jotform ActiveCampaign integration logs typically means the API credentials are wrong, or the associated user account lacks the required permissions in ActiveCampaign. 

    Although you mentioned the API key and URL are the same, double-check that they have not been regenerated or expired in ActiveCampaign, and that the API key has the necessary permissions.

    If after these checks the issue persists, try submitting new test entries and provide the submission IDs. This will allow us to investigate further and escalate the issue to our developers if needed.
