To set up conditional logic in Jotform that assigns the form to another person when certain fields are empty, follow these steps:
    1. Access Conditional Logic: In your form builder, navigate to Settings > Conditions.
    2. Create a New Condition: Click on Add a new condition and select Skip to Page / Thank You Page. https://www.jotform.com/answers/4001956-conditional-logic-for-single-choice-field
    3. Set the Condition: Define the condition to check if the specific fields are empty. For example:
    • If: [Field Name] Is Empty
    • Then: Skip to a specific page or show a message prompting the user to complete the form.
    1. Assign to Another Person: If you want another person to complete the form, you can use the Assign Form feature. After setting the condition, assign the form to the intended person
