    Hi There,

I have been working on the issue attached in the video over the last week, it works, and then doesn't work so I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

    Your assistance is appreciated.

    Hello Tovey,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking your form, we kindly suggest using the Show / Hide Field Condition instead; therefore, we have created a demo form to show you what it will look like once you set the three following conditions for the Campaign Type field:

You can check our demo form here. To clone it for testing, kindly use the following guide.

    Hi Dragana,

    Thanks for your quick response.

That seems to be part of the logic, but I need to always end on pg. 7 no matter what opinion they choose and they fill out the details related to their campaign type.

Here is the example if I select the Campaign type as :Campaign

    1. Page 3, select Campaign, press Next button

1652225860 627af7444b052 Screenshot 10then go 2. Then to General Campaign on Pg 4, then press Next button

    1652225875 627af75346512 Screenshot 21

Once they fill it out on page 4, then the press next stages them to pg 7, after this no matter what option they go to pg 8, 9, and onwards.

    Thanks,

    Tovey

Thank you for waiting Tovey. I've cloned your form and removed all the condition statement that is related to the fields that you've mentioned. This is so I could start for a new one and to refresh the form if there are glitches on the old condition statements.

If I understand it correctly if the user selected the option "Campaign" from the question "At the time of submission, what type of campaign are you interested in:" it will be directed to the page "General Campaign". If "Company" is selected, it should direct it to the page "Company Campaign", and if "Individual" is selected, it will direct to the page "Individual Campaign".

The next page regardless of these selections should land on Page 7 question "How many new campaigns do you wish for us to work together on?"

Here's the condition that I've applied to the cloned version of your form. I still use the Skip to Page condition.

The condition below will direct the user to Page 4 if the Campaign is selected from Page 3.

Below is another set of conditions that will direct the user to Page 7 after they leave Page 4. Regardless of whether the user filled up the fields from that page or left it blank, they will be directed to Page 7. It will skip the other page prior to Page 7.

These are all the same structure on the condition statement placed for the option Company and Individual.

If in case your form suddenly does not work as it should be, clear your form cache. Clearing your form caches will always come in handy if the issue is caused by a small glitch. For how to clear forms cache, please check this guide: How to Clear Your Form Cache

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Lesther,

I got the Individual one working based on your directions, but the company sequence is not working.

After selecting Company on pg. 3, it is going to pg. 5, pg. 6, and pg. 7.
It should be going from pg. 3 to pg. 5 to pg. 7.

    Your continued assistance is appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Tovey

    Hello Tovey,

Thanks for getting back to us. I have cloned your form and reviewed the condition you have added. I would like to understand your requirement in detail so that we can help you add the conditions accordingly.

On page 3, if the company is selected, it should take to page 5 and then the next page should be page 7. Is that correct? What are the other conditions that you want to achieve? I would suggest you to please list down all the conditions in which you want which page to be displayed on click of next. This will help us build condition without any conflict issue.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hi Aswhin,

Below is what Lesther your peer replied back to me and it worked. Campaign and Individual is working as it should, it's only Company that is not.

    Kind Regards,

    Tovey

    Hello Tovey,

In order to skip pages on your form, you need to the Skip To / Hide a Page condition on your form. I have checked the form, and these are all present. However, you need also to add a Hide a Page condition so the other pages will not be visible once an option is selected on the type of campaign. Here is a screenshot of a sample condition that will hide the Company Campaign if the Individual and Campaign are selected on the Type of Campaign. See the image attached:
