Having issues calculating conditional formatting to place commas and between the multiple outputs

To make multiple selections from the Dropdown menu, if using a laptop or desktop, we need to hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard while clicking your mouse. When using a mobile device, we can simply tap the Dropdown element again to choose more.
