Limit Liability Language
6. Due to economic concerns, an inspection of a structure may be limited to the first floor of a structure. This includes visible areas of crawlspace, exterior perimeter. If any concerns are found in these areas, the technician may request to enter the structure. An inspection of the entire structure is more expensive. Inspection of the entire structure shall include all accessible and unobstructed living areas, crawlspace, attic, garages and any other attached structures. The customer has agreed to the scope of the inspection. Whether customer has requested a limited or entire structure can be found in the additional comments section of this report. IMPORTANT - In the State of Georgia - The OFFICIAL GEORGIA WOOD INFESTATION INSPECTION REPORT is official report in regards to real estate transfers. Frequently a NPMA33 Form is requested when a Veteran or FHA loan is sought. This is considered an additional report which additional charges will be applied.
