    Bonjour,

    Je suis actuellement prélevé de 12 € par mois par “Jotform Ltd” alors que mon compte est en plan gratuit. Merci de vérifier à quel compte cet abonnement est associé et de procéder à son annulation

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I’ve checked your account, and saw that you subscribed of having an AI Agent Phone Number. It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
    2. Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
    3. To download an invoice as a PDF, click on a Download icon on the right.

    You can go to your AI Phone Agent settings and cancel your subscription to the AI Agent Phone Number. If you're having trouble with this, send us a screenshot so we can see what's happening on your end. This guide will show you how to do that.
