AI Agent: Unable to upload power point presentation

I have low vision. Would be great for making presentation. However, I would like to talk to a HUMAN as I am getting a few points.

2. Can you also tell us what you're looking to sign? If you meant creating a Jotform Sign, you can check out our guide on How to Use Jotform Sign.

I am having trouble finding the page that allows me to upload
presentations. I keep getting ad pages. I want to get to the page that has
the three boxes to choose from. so I can upload a presentation.

Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

Hi Jim,

You can go to this link here to login to your account. As for the presentation you want to upload, you can achieve this by creating an AI Agent and upload your Presentation there. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Agents page, click on Create Agent in the top-left corner of the screen.
2. Next, select the Primary Channel you want for your AI Agent and click on Next. (I used Standalone in this example.)
3. On the Create an Agent page, click on Start From Scratch. 
4. Now, on the Describe the Agent page that opens, enter a description for the AI Agent you want to create or click on a button below it for a predefined one, and then click on Create.

Once done, you can now upload your own presentation. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on the Train tab in the blue navigation bar and select the Tools tab on the left side menu.
2. Select the Show Presentation option in the Tool Menu, click on the Upload Presentation option, upload your own Presentation from your external device and click on the Continue button.
3. Select the Professional option in the How should the AI present your presentation? and click on the Generate button.
4. Then, select the Presentation you uploaded in the Dropdown Menu, enter the AI Agent message you want and click on the Save button.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

You seem to be sending me to a Creat A Form . I don't want a form.
All I want to do is upload a power point for narration. Is this joing to

Have you tried logging into your account using the link I shared in my previous response? If not, try log in first, then follow the instructions provided here to upload your presentation to your AI Agent.

If you're encountering any issue, can you send us a screenshot so we can look into it? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I got it to work when I typed in Presintation media instead of standalone
Questions
1. Do I have to go through the same process for every presentation?
2; What is this Agent I am creating
Can I type in the same Presentation Media the next time or something else?
3. Where are the presentations saved if I want to find them?
When creating an aGEnt it srrms picky about what I type in. why?

To avoid any confusion, I'll answer your questions in order:

• If you have multiple presentation that needs to be uploaded within your AI Agent, you need to repeat the uploading process I've shared here.
• Jotform makes it super easy to create interactive forms, presentations, and even apps without needing to dive into code. If by “presentation media” you're talking about the layout or format you’ve used like embedded forms, slides, or widgets you’re totally free to reuse it next time. Or, if you’re feeling creative, you can switch things up depending on what you want to achieve.
• Keep in mind that, once you upload the presentation in your AI Agent, it will automatically saved the data inside your AI Agent builder. Let me show you how to access it:

1. Go to your My Forms dashboard and click on the Dropdown Arrow icon at the upper left side of the panel.
2. Select the My Agents option in the App Menu.
3. In My Agents panel, locate the AI Agent where you upload your Presentation.
   

To help us investigate further, could you clarify what's currently happening with the AI Agent? It would be helpful to have a bit more detail about the issue you're experiencing.

Also, if you could share the link to your AI Agent so we can take a closer look and begin troubleshooting.

Hi Jim,

You can easily access your saved Presentation in your Train tab. Let me show you how:

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on the Train tab and select the Tools tab on the left side menu.
2. Select the Show Presentation option in the Tools Menu, click on the Three Dots icon and select the Edit option in the Dropdown Menu.
3. Then, you will now edit your saved presentation.

For the question about typing Presentation Media to your last upload, If you're uploading multiple presentations to the same agent, you can reuse the same label like Presentation Media to keep things organized, but if each upload is a different topic or version, you might want to customize the label to reflect that like “Presentation Media – Week 2” or “Client Demo Slides.”

Lastly, you can edit the presentation directly within the Presentation Channel of your AI Agent Builder, or simply update it in the Show Presentation section. Take a look at the screencast below:
