Our Arabic Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Arabic, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question. There's no option to make the app multilingual, but if you want to create an app in Arabic, you can change your account settings language to Arabic. Let me show you how:

1. Click on your Avatar on the top right side, and below it, click on Settings.
2. Make sure you are on the Settings tab on the left side.
3. Finally, in the mid part, select the language and click on Save.
