    Hello,

I created a form and integrated it with Canva but when I use the app in canva to embed it, the form is too narrow. It wont allow me to widen it to the width of the canvas. The width of the form is already wide so I fixed that in the settings.

    Please assist.

    Hi Trisha,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about what you're trying to achieve, so I can get a better idea and how to help you with this? It would help us to understand if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Keep in mind also that, custom canvas size in Canva requires a paid or at least a registered free trial account. Perhaps you're using a Guest account only in Canva?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Trisha,

I investigated a bit more, and I got a better understanding of what you wanted to do. You can embed your form using the Publish link on a blank document in Canva. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your Form Builder and go to the Publish tab.

    2. Click the green Copy Link button in the Quick Share tab. You don’t have to use the Embed code for Canva.

    3. Log into your Canva account and open your document. It may be a blank document, too.

    4. Once you’re in the blank document, click on the Plus button that says Add Magic on the left side of the document.

    5. A dropdown menu will appear. Scroll down and click on the </> Embed button.

    6. Paste the link you copied earlier into the box and hit enter.

Your form should appear in your document. Make sure to have your users double-click to fill in the form fields.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

    Hi Trisha,

There was no screenshot image included on your latest response. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

As for your other question, to avoid confusion, I created a separate thread for it here. I will attend to it shortly.

That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hello

I had replied to the email but I have the picture here.

I dont have any "+" on Canva to add in the code. I had seen that in a prior tutorial but in canva there is no "add magic" option.

Please see the screenshot in how the form is very narrow and I cant change the width.

    thanks

    Hi Trisha,

You can manually adjust the form's width and height in Canva. However, setting a custom width may automatically adjust the height as well, so you might not have full control over both. Let me show you how with the cloned version of your form:

    1. In Canva, click on the form in your editor field.

    2. Click on the Position button and set the width on the left side panel.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Trisha,

Having a fillable form inside a PDF you can send to clients could be useful in a setup you're working on. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t available at Jotform right now, we’ve gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it’s developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
