Looking at several forms for a plumbing service that want to take payments. It seems a "cleaning service form ' may be a possibility but it lacks "job site address" fields .

Several questions: first the form only mentions 'Stripe'. DOes that form integratable with 'stripe"? second are any of your form propritary to stripe and can not work with or have limitations working with integration with AUthorize.net.
3 the prospect is a plumbing contractor that wants a payment form where the cardholder can also add the site location . WHich form is best ( I tried searching with no sucess) ?

    Hi john lord,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help.

Now, coming back to the question, can you explain more about what you want to happen? Are you referring to one of our form templates? If yes, can you send us the link of the form you're referring to? If it lacks an address field, you can easily add it to the form. Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
    2. From the Basic tab, select Address.
    3. Click on the Gear icon of the Address Field.
    4. From the General tab, enter your preferred Field Label. The form lacks an address field Image 1 Screenshot 20

Regarding your questions about the payment gateways, I've moved that to a new thread and will be helping you out here. Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I wanted to create a form, but there is a problem when I use "People as Invitation." The challenge is that it doesn't seem to open. How can I solve it? This is my form link: "https://form.jotform.com/wilmartyone/form".

I am an Authorize.net Partner. To be clear, you are stating all your forms can integrate with Authorize.net . New merchants that have an Anet account can integrate either directly to your forms or will need what you call a 'connector' . This connector is most like an added cost ?

The closest form similar to what the merchant wants is your 'cleaning service' form how ever it lacked a service site address . Here is the form the merchant is currently using . The merchant is a plumbing

service / contractor . I do not know who made this form below.

So, in addition to price of the jotform does the merchant need to also get a "connector " and add the API keys in the connector that is integrated into the jot form? Will the connector or jotform send ALL the entered values to the merchant ?

    Hi john lord,

Can you share with us Cleaning Service form you're referring to? If you're using this form, as you can see, there's a Property Address already. Check out my screenshot below:

The form lacks an address field Image 1 Screenshot 30You can just change its Field Label to Service Site Address. Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon of the Address field.
    2. From the General tab, enter your preferred Field Label. In your case, Service Site Address. The form lacks an address field Image 2 Screenshot 41

I've moved your Authorize.net question to a new thread and will be helping you out here.

I first typed in plumbing and services and did not get a good results. so I typed in cleaning service. The search results gave me this form https://www.jotform.com/build/251175041786155?s=templates

So, the merchant have a site location address . then on the CC billing section there will be a place for the cardholders billing address. ? SO which form would you recommend more appropriate for a plumbing contractor? and will the merchant need to also get connector software or can the merchant enter API keys into the jotform account?

    Hi john lord,

You can use that form and edit it according to your needs. You can follow the guide I've given here on how to change a field label. As for the API keys, I've given a guide here on How to Integrate Authorize.net with Jotform.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
